All traffic to and from Ulaanbaatar and rest of Mongolia stopped intil November 14

All road, railway, and air traffic between Ulaanbaatyar and other areas have been suspended until November 14. Around 12,000 passengers make the trips daily.

Medical workers and people using their own transport are allowed to travel but are subject to checks. 


Altogether 25 digital fever checking apparatus are in use at the airport station, along with a telecamera which can measure body temperature. It costs MNT70 million. International train services continue to operate according to schedule. Goods markets are closed but trade centers are operating.
